This is a four-hour NCREC approved elective that also meets the requirement for NAR's members (who must take a fair housing course before Dec. 31, 2027.)

We are going to examine why complying with fair housing laws is the legal thing to do; the ethical thing to do; and the prudent thing to do. We will also address best practices.  $54

Awarded "Education Program of the Year," this course meets the National Association of Realtor membership requirement that must be met every three years by NAR members by Dec 31st, 2027. This course also provides four hours of real estate elective credit. 

This course also earns the required elective credit for NC brokers.  $54
